You guys rock you save me so much time from all of these calls keep doing a great job and every scam I don't ever see no more scams

My attempts to activate PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION is met with an ERROR screen !

Best money I ever spent. These spams are getting out of hand but Robo gets rid of them!!! I love it!!

Does not log calls and spam and sales calls continue to get through frustrated never got help when sent a message to support !

There’s not a lot of value here. They rely on turning off incoming messages except for contacts, which you can do for free using available iPhone features. Most of the time they can’t identify phone spam. And they can’t do anything to effectively block text spam (mine just came right through). They also requires some weird configuration changes and all calls go to their service for processing which is a privacy concern.

It is a catch 22. You want to try out the features within the trial, but you cannot enable unless you pay. I will pay if I can see what I am getting, but otherwise no. Can’t turn anything on unless you subscribe now.

I’ve had Robokiller since 2016 this service saves me a lot of unnecessary, unwanted Spammers!! Very reliable! Thanks

Not easy to set up.

I canceled subscription two years ago and all the sudden they charged me one year subscription cost and will not cancel or refund me. The tech may be fine but the business practice and customer service is trash.

It is enjoyable NOT having my phone ring with annoying spam and sales calls, wish I would have done this a long time ago. Well worth it!!

This app redirects your phone call through a different phone # which results in you saying hello 3-5 times before you hear anything and then audio quality is poor. Most people including people that were not scammers seemed confused by the answering service and would not get through. Use an app that doesn’t redirect your calls and costs much less too!

Works at first, but unwanted calls increase overtime. I have a silence unknown calls option on my phone. Calls are silenced by this but I still receive around 30 or 40 spam calls a day despite Robokiller supposedly scanning for and removing me from these sites. Support to completely automated and a waste of time. Save your money.

I'm constantly getting calls coming through even though I have Robokiller I have written them to explain and I get a generic email I do everything the email says and I'm still getting constant phone calls calling me. This app is becoming a waste of money. If you need support it's some computer sending you a generic email. Even though it says "contact us"

This app barely works, and then only sometimes. It will often completely miss callers, meaning you won’t get any reputation information when they call. Since that’s the whole point of this app, that’s really, really bad. Especially when you can’t even pull them up in the app’s call history. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Finally an app really needed it now can breath since been and still receive too many scam or spam calls or messages

This app WAS great. I have been a paying subscriber for many years. It stopped working. It stopped blocking and/or screening calls. Now they are now tripling the cost of their annual subscription. Do not download, and DEFINITELY DO NOT PAY FOR A SUBSCRIPTION.

Downloaded the app to see. There was no costs listed. After it took all my info including email they hit me with do you want to pay $130 a year or $8 a week. Or do free trial that automatically charges you $130 after one week. Pass. Way to expensive. Not paying a subscription. Milk someone else

I won’t recommend it! Way to restrict it!

This app used to be amazing, but after September 2024 the option to leave a voicemail no longer triggered for numbers calling my phone, it would just immediately end the call or tell them the number was unavailable goodbye. Got it fixed once by having AT&T essentially nuke my number, but it quickly went back to not working. I’m job hunting so this has really screwed me over a lot and I’m tired of it. This app is now garbage. Do not recommend.

I set up my premium account today and just got two back to back spam texts! I’m not sure how long it takes to take effect but it says I’m Active so it should be immediately right? Thankfully it’s a free trial because so far I’m not impressed. I’ll adjust my review if it gets better over the next few days.

Says it’s free but absolutely is not

I get so many spam calls daily so I opted to pay for the full $129 per year fee for this app. I really wanted it to work and be the solution to all of the annoying calls I get. However, even with this app installed, I was still receiving spam calls for various numbers, I still had to go in and block each one of them manually. I had maximum protection setup in the app and I cannot recall a single spam phone call that was rejected by the app. Each and every one of them I had to manually block. I also noticed that the call quality was much less than directly through my phone carrier which is Verizon. I uninstalled that app after giving it a solid try, but it just wasn’t what I was expecting

It does not stop any spam calls, with all of the correct settings enabled.

So disappointed spent all that money for nothing

I had this app years ago and just reinstalled a couple of months ago. It does not work, so I did exactly what CS told me to do. Delete and reinstall the app. Now it’s stilling me I don’t have an account and is trying to get me to pay the 129.00. Contacted CS same thing, and now it’s we have forwarded this to the developer do not have a time for it to be fixed? Give me a refund, this has been going on for for over two months now….🤬🤬🤬

Apple support can care less about giving refunds when you chose the wrong subscription. I wanted to do the weekly spam call blocker and accidentally did the yearly for $129.99. I put in a request. Apple denied me twice. So this just lets me know that they’re only about taking your money trying to rip you off because they don’t even give a reason why they denied you. So be careful when you do a subscription through Apple because I guess at times they’re scammers. I guess they have to meet a quota, of so many times a month where they need to scam people and take their money so be careful.

Robokiller is a killa and a hundred dolla billa knocking out all the spam and crooks

I read somewhere it was $5 fee but no. We will see if this is worth it.

Actually love the app but for 7.99 a week or 129.99 up front, I’ll keep my ringer off. Too expensive.

Why is this coming up as free then when you click into it then it tells you it’s not free. I’m not paying for this.

The app isn’t blocking a lot of spam calls lately, which is frustrating since that’s the whole point of Robokiller. Also, there’s no phone support or real way to get help, making it impossible to give feedback or get issues fixed quickly. Please improve your spam detection and provide better support options.

I have used RoboKiller for YEARS but it has stopped working. Spam calls are now coming through and calls that I need to answer are going straight to voicemail. I have no idea what is going on but I havent been able to contact anyone for support.

Apple was just as bad when I contacted them for $79 refund because they charged me twice! It does block ALL callers btw…even legit calls that may not already be in your contact list and even callers that ARE in your contacts.

The app seemed legit but it’s not working. I paid for a subscription and tried to activate every feature to block these scammers. I keep getting scam calls!!

With the rise in telemarketers using VOIP technology, RoboKiller needs to step up their game. I have had a membership for years but recently 6-10 calls per day sneak through the call filter. These interruptions to my day may result in non-renewal. Please fix soon.

I’ve been receiving texts at all hours of the night from recruiting agencies. I’ve submitted every tag word I can think of to assist in blocking them but they still come through. Appears that Robokiller can’t kill these texts. Not sure why I’m paying for it…..

I’ll change it after I decide if it’s good or not. Thanks for bothering me every 3 seconds.

The app stopped unwanted calls and allows you to block any number that isn’t in your contacts. Great product. Highly recommend!!!
